thanks to Rosie from eco-Gites of Lenault for tagging me with ‘the tree of happiness’ . I um and hmm about tagging, but as I was feeling down (blumming next doors builders), and the process of thinking of happy things can only be good, I thought I would give it a go – besides.. its all a bit of fun.
So what I am sposed to do is mention who tagged me , list six things that make me happy, and pass it on to six other people.
So, six things that make me happy:
- My son being happy
- zabaglione
- dancing at ceilidhs with himself. I’m not the best of dancers, but can usually be in the right place at the right point of the dance, and we have a lot of fun, and a lot of laughing, and we seem to spin as though we know each other…
- seeing shooting stars, and sharing the moment with himself.
- home made… well most things. home grown food, home made clothes, hand knitted things… homebrew.. etc
- drawing up the drawbridge and just being us, as a family.
Hmm turns out the difficult thing was just choosing six….
anyway to pass this on to…
I love raising the drawbridge. Telephones go unanswered, the door isn’t opened and the outside world just ceases to exist for a while 🙂
What’s a ceilidh? I’ve never heard of that one before.
I’ll take up the tag. Will post it over the weekend some time 🙂
a ceilidh is folk dance.. lots of fun
I’m taking up the tag too, thanks. Trouble is you’ve already listed several that I would have. Have to think really hard now!
you are allowed the same things!
Those could so easily have been my six!! Now where is my recipe for zabaglioni? It’ll help clear some of the egg mountain.
What a surprise!! Thanks – now I will have to figure out how to pass this on later today!!! I love the ‘raising the drawbridge’ analogy – some days you just have to do that, to restore sanity!!!!
Apologies, I have only just noticed this – thank you very much, I will do my list and pass it on immediately.
Thanks again.
