Ham trimmings are cubed and frozen, the bone boiled for hours and the stock set aside for pea soup.
The turkey taken apart and the traditional turkey curry consumed, and the carcase boiled for soup and stew.
Chestnut stuffing was wizzed and shaped into burgers and frozen for another day.
And the cat has done well out of the unwanted skin and gristle.
I quite enjoy processing the leftovers of the feasting days.. nothing shall be wasted, it will all be enjoyed.
